Heather Ashley, Inc. is a family-owned and operated company that was founded in 1991. We are a wholesaler, distributor, and custom manufacturer of wholesale apparel. The in play® label is synonymous with a level of quality and craftsmanship that is unsurpassed in the marketplace. Our products are sold to screen-printers, embroiderers, athletic dealers, and sporting goods retailers. How to buy
Terms
First orders are shipped credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Net 30 terms are available with an approved credit application.
Conditions
All prices are subject to change without notice. We assume no responsibility if price change notices are not received.
Minimum Order
Quarter Zips, Lace Ups, and non-custom garments are one (1) piece minimums. All other products are six (6) piece minimums.
Returns
Heather Ashley, Inc stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your merchandise. It is the responsibility of the receiver to check an order for discrepancies or defects prior to decoration. Decorated garments are nonreturnable to Heather Ashley, Inc. All returns must be authorized by customer service and must include a return authorization number. Merchandise over 30 days old and discontinued styles cannot be returned. Still have questions? Restocking Fee
Canceled or refused orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee or $20 (whichever is greater) in addition to all freight charges.
Shipping
Most stocked item orders placed before 3:30pm CST will be shipped the same day via UPS. Orders received after 3:30pm CST will be shipped the following day. Please contact your rep for shipping estimates on custom items. Next-Day Air and Second Day Air shipments are available upon request. You can also use the UPS Ground Zone Maps to estimate shipping times.
